Sam:I wanna find Dad.
Dean:Yeah, me too.
Sam：I just …I wanna apologize to him.
Dean： For what？
Sam：ALL the things I said to him. He was just doing the best he could.
Dean：Well,don't worry.　We'll find him. 　And you'll apologize. And then within five　minutes,　you'll beat each other throats.
Sam：Yeah,probably.Let's hit the road.

「父親を見つけて、これまでのことを謝りたい（apologize to＝～に謝る、謝罪する）」と沈むサムにディーンが放った優しい一言。吹替版の訳は「謝れ。５分もしないうちにケンカが始まるよ」。

hit the road という表現、米英語でよく使われるみたいですね。知りませんでした。「道路を蹴る」という直訳から連想されるとおり「出発する」の意味。３話のラストでもディーンがWe're gonna run out of daylight before we hit the road.と言っています。
