Sam: I could've warned her.
Dean: About what? You didn't know what was gonna happen!  And besides, all of  this isn't a secret, I mean I know all about it. It's not gonna work with Mary anyway.
Sam: No you don't.
Dean: I don't what?
Sam: You don't know all about it. I haven't told you everything.
Dean: What are you talking about?
Sam: Well , it wouldn't really be a secret if I told you, would it?

警告する（warn）ことはできたはず、とサム。この時点でディーンは、サムがジェシカ事件を予知していたことは知りません。ジェシカのことは全部自分が知っているので秘密ではないと。No, you don't（know all about it）.と言われて不可解な顔をするディーン。「兄貴には言ってないことがある」サムは続けます。「言ってみろ」と問いつめられても「言ったら秘密にならないだろ」とサム。思わず絶句したディーンの表情が忘れられません。work with～は「～に働きかける、～に作用する」。
